I have been looking forward to this
film reading the book again just to make sure I can watch and see every detail.
Imagine when you are sitting on the train wherever you live. Your mind starts
to wonder and you think about your day ahead, the journey and the ride. Now you start making stories up about the
person sitting across from you. You think about their life, what their
occupation may be, if they have a family, friends, etc. For the protagonist in
Paula Hawkin’s “Girl on the train” is one definitely one character you will
remember. read the book last fall in 2015 I took it with me during my trip to New Orleans actually brought it on the plane, and could not put this book down. I was so happy to find get the dramatic cliff hanger ending too. The film is about Rachel Watson (played by Emily
Blunt)- who starred in “5 Year Engagement”, “Devil wears Prada” she plays a recent divorcee who has an alcoholic problem
that has affected her marriage , her career, and her personal life is the
complex character who we get to know in this deep, mysterious, and chilling
film. The film is set in modern day London in the summer of 2013. All the while
she engages herself staring and wondering what the life of this beautiful
blonde woman and her husband are up to doing. I think this film is going to
transform you into the world of a voyeur but also it will take you to a place
of where the character has to stand up and fight for the victim who has been
killed within the film. The character turns out to be the woman who Rachel has
seen on the train. Rachel becomes invested in the case and begins telling the
press and the police investigators about what she knows. She becomes involved
and then things get deeper she dives into the missing girl’s life and discovers
she has way more in common with her than she realized actually. Get ready for
the next “Gone Girl” to make your head spin this fall. “Girl on the train”
debuts on October 7, 2016-Friday! Visit http://www.girlonthetrain.com
