"The Ideal Woman"

Whew you gave me the ultimate compliment, brightened my day.
Made me happy to feel confident and powerful. Yet at the same time it gave me a reality check
reminding me of who I really am.

When a man calls you the ideal woman it makes you feel like you may have found someone who will appreciate your heart and appreciate the real you.

For women who receive compliments from men don't always ignore them. Sometimes they are just everything that you need to hear to give you the that push on what you need.

The extra push to pursue a dream you have had for so long it makes you put your heart and soul into it.
A dream that makes you smile so wide it makes every beautiful day, every taste of ice cream or anything sweet make you feel an inner peace and freedom.

The ideal woman an image of a stunning, glamourous woman comes to mind, she's cool, sophisticated, confident, she believes in herself, she's not snobby, but she has inner peace in herself that makes her satisfied. She knows how to please her man, she knows how to keep people happy, she knows how to treat people with respect and fairness, and she knows how to love herself. That's really what the ideal women can be.
Meaning-
The ideal woman is supposed to be 36-24-36 with her measurements, it's unrealistic in our society, she is not real, but there is no greater feeling in the world to have someone admire you, appreciate, or give you that compliment. I just ask women whenever your significant other whoever they are, your friends, your family, someone gives you a powerful compliment take that and own it. That may just be the ticket of what you need.

"Mistresses" one of the TV hot television tickets

Drama, Fashion, Heartbreak, Twists & Turns is the best way to describe The television series, sweeping the storm is of course "Mistresses"  which debuted June 03, 2013 on WABC with a five-star cast starring, Alyssa Milano, Yunjin Kim, Eric Stocklin, Brett Tucker, Alyssa Milano, Jes Macallan, Jason Winston George, and Rochelle Aytes.

Is part of the ensemble cast it is a combination of "Sex and the City", a bit of "Desperate Housewives", "Revenge", but it takes on a new twist.  I didn't realize the series was based off the U.K.'s version of "Mistresses" but I like how they keep it modern, it is very relatable to today's generation and how people's families work on a regular basis. Every family now is non-traditional. You see it reflected in the relationship between Rochelle Aytes (April Malloy) and her interaction between her late husband's mistress and his child. The story line isn't similar to where the lead character is more reflective as in "Sex and the City" where it revolved around "Carrie Bradshaw's" life. The story line focuses on all four females and their lives how they intertwine together and they have a bond.

Mistresses is guaranteed to hit and succeed with top ratings in the future. It came at a perfect time during the summer. It will become most women's ( ages 18-60) guiltiest pleasure when watching television and relaxing after a long day and getting into "bad television". One thing I love is how it is something provocative as the cast has discussed in interviews but it is really relatable and gives people the chance to relate to the stories and lives of the character that was created.

It would be interesting if the series went into the fall. I would love to see how the ratings and viewership would compete with some of the other television shows that hit the airwaves again for another successful season. I believe ABC creates great television just as the other networks. It is something that makes you think but you find yourself in one of these four ladies, Savannah "Savi" Davis,  Josslyn Carver, April Malloy, and Karen Rhodes in the characters.  Stay tuned and keep watching I know I will be.

Mistresses airs on WABC check your local listings and you can always watch episodes online as well. visit http:www.abc.com

  and visit tv shows.

You know I love you all for reading to all of my readers thank you again and have a fabulous, fun, and safe summer until next time! =)

Just take their advice

Sometimes in life we don't want to hear things we choose to ignore.
Feelings that we feel we dismiss and put or store them away.
For example when you are green with envy. Or feeling blue, or boiling red mad.
You store and just put those feelings away.

Now when someone says things sometimes that may bother you or anger you. Yet they try to
give you words of hope even if you don't want to hear it.
Just take their advice
If you are frustrated and choose not to hear it anymore.
Just take their advice.
If you feel like all you need is a pick me up and some encouragement and the words are simply
not what you need to hear.

Just take their advice because that just may be what you needed to prove to yourself
and them that you can be more than what you are.
So if it's wise, full of power, encouragement to make you a better person

Just take their advice and keep it going.

"Love Marilyn" Documentary

"Love Marilyn" a documentary coming out this June 17, 2013 on HBO. I recently found out she just so happens to be the topic of a project I am working on and I couldn't find this even better. The timing couldn't be any better actually. Marilyn (better known as Norma Jeane Mortensen) is one of my biggest inspirations I found out about her when I was about nine when I first watched Norma Jean & Marilyn.  I remember watching several films becoming intrigued by her image. Now I always love movies, television, music, art, and all of these things are just naturally apart of me. One film always stands out to me when it comes to her career is "Some Like It Hot", "How to Marry A Millionaire","The Prince & Showgirl", "The Seven Year Itch", and "Gentlemen prefer blondes" I think that's when I realized she's going to be one of my heroes for sure. So the fact that A-List Hollywood got together came up with some ideas to do a tribute to her fifty plus years after her passing and sixty years after her debut in becoming a superstar it makes me realize I am not alone on this one clearly there are other multi-talented people out there who want to honor her film work, her persona, the legend, and find out more on what makes her tick and made her the legend she is today. Check out more information below and enjoy the trailer.

Also make sure you visit her clothing website and also her own personal website for more information as well. http://marilynmonroe.com/
