"Carrie Bradshaw" becomes popular again this time in high school"

I have been a  fan of  the Sex and the City series television show and films. for the longest since their debut I was still a pre-teen actually when this show came out but hey I was growing up and learning a lot anyway. So does the young Carrie Bradshaw featured on "The Carrie Diaries" which is written by Candace Bushnell. Young Carrie is played by Anna Sophia Robb. It is set in 1984 New York City in junior high school.  She moves from Connecticut to New York looking to be a writer. The show obviously is not as racy as its older big sister, "Sex & The City" but it has the same charming, humorous, cheeky sense of humor as the previous show. It is fashionable, girly, and it takes you back to the innocent time of high school and when people were having fun trying to figure out everything back in junior high and high school. The anticipation and excitement of dating, the fun you have hanging out with your friends, you are keeping up with the fashions, you are keeping up with the popular girls, but now it seems Carrie is not only the new girl, she becomes the new popular girl with her sidekicks on the show. So stay tuned and make sure you watch. It's a whole new world going into what Carrie's life was like pre New York Star column, before her article, before the 3 females who would be her soulmates for life, and before her fabulous life with "John Preston" aka "Mr. Big". Her life is new, unique, and she has a great life in junior high looking to make her way in the big fast paced, growing, and often dangerous New York City. We will see how this prequel television story and series will take off in the future.
