Now Where Are You Taking Me?...Best & Worst Dates

" Now Where are you Taking Me?"

:The Best and Worst Dates to take someone on A Date.

Written by: Chloe Jewel Riccardo AKA "Honey Brown Sugar"

This idea popped in my head immediately this past weekend. I just fell in love with the thought of it and just everything it would entail. I get to do some serious research and I get to educate the ladies and gentlemen, help them, and also solve their dating issues plus heal their wounds too. So here we go....Where are you taking me baby?

I was watching the reality new hit "Ochocinco: Ultimate Catch" with Chad Ochocinco. The idea popped in my head as soon as he said we're going on a date to the laundromat I am thinking wait a minute come on the place where I wash my clothes every single weekend when I have to so I stay fly. I don't think so...the laundromat there's no way I am going on a date with you to the laundromat...it just doesn't sound romantic at all to me.

So here's my idea now where are you taking me love....? So I have the best places and the worst dates for you my beloved blog readers.

The best and worst places to take that special someone on a date would be....Let's do the worst first and then I'll save the best for last (Pun intended)

The worst place (FOR FIRST DATES ESPECIALLY) in my opinion along with the laundromat is:

1. LAUNDROMAT--NO NOT UNLESS THE WOMAN/MAN YOU ARE WITH ARE COMMITTED AND LIVING TOGETHER SHOULD YOU TAKE HIM/HER WITH YOU TO THE LAUNDROMAT....FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE EVERYTHING. NOT ON A FIRST DATE. YOU CANNOT START OFF BEING THEIR "FLUNKY OR MAID" SO NO NOT THE LAUNDROMAT

2. A CEMETERY--YES I SAID IT A CEMETERY NO ONE SHOULD EVER TAKE THEIR DATE TO A CEMETERY AS MUCH AS I HAVE RESPECT FOR LIFE. NOT THE CEMETERY AT ALL BECAUSE IT'S NOT A ROMANTIC PLACE UNLESS YOU TWO ARE ALREADY DATING OR IN A RELATIONSHIP.

3. HIS MOTHER'S HOUSE/FATHER'S HOUSE/PARENT'S HOUSE/FAMILY'S HOUSE. NOT UNTIL THE FIRST COUPLE OF DATES THIS IS SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO DO WHEN YOU FEEL THEY ARE 100% YOUR TIME AND THE COMMITMENT IS THERE IN THE RELATIONSHIP.

4. NO WHERE LOUD i.e. a club unless you had dinner first let's say then it's necessary.

5. BURGER KING, KFC, MCDONALD'S, WENDY'S, TACO BELL, BLIMPIE, DOMINO'S THESE ARE PLACES AFTER THE FIRST DATE. YOU WANT TO MAKE AN IMPRESSION NOT EMBARRASS YOURSELF. SO KEEP THESE LOVABLE FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS OUT THE EQUATION.

6. The mall unless you really plan to splurge him or her (ladies especially) then I understand must mean you two are together. But the only other way don't take him/her on a date to the mall first.

7. Your homeboy's house/your homegirl's house & your bestie's house come on it's not necessary for them to meet your friends until it is time and it is necessary so don't take them to your best friends house at all. It's not the right choice until you two are committed officially.

8. A home good's store just not cute what do you want to build me a house all ready? I don't think so ....so IKEA, HOME DEPOT is not necessary and you can't take them there.

9. A library you cannot communicate at all and plus there's nothing for you two to do except you both plan on working on a work or school project. Otherwise it's not necessary.

10. Never take someone to a function that also includes something dangerous or illegal as well. Then you will have problems and you will run into something you don't want to deal with at all. It will cause you and the person you are with to deal with an awkward situation. Basically don't take anyone to a secluded dark location especially at night when creepy things and I don't just mean insects and people are as well. You have to play it safe.

Okay here we go next on my list is...BEST DATES!!!!! YES BEST DATES FOR THE HAPPY COUPLE =)

1. An amusement park-carnivals such as coney island, six flags, hershey park, dorney park, busch gardens, all of them because not only do you get a chance to actually enjoy yourself and spend time with your significant other as well. The best part is that you get to see more of their physical active side and their mental active side. How well they can hold a challenge for themselves. How well they can play the game let's say. You get a better sense to see if their competitive. You also get to see their inner child and see them actually become a kid again and their playful side.

2. A helicopter ride I love to fly and I love the thought of being in a helicopter ride with the person I care for completely with me flying over and able to do aerial shots of the ground and of people around high up in the sky looking at the people and seeing them travel above, the homes, the night sky, and everything it is something every person should do with the person they care for and love.

3. Live concerts I suggest you probably meet the person ahead of time at another location before you two actually go meet somewhere close by if you need to speak and then go and have a good time.

4. The Park now if you live in an urban or rural area you can probably find a million parks to go to can i suggest a romantic picnic for two, a ride on a boat in a little lake or river.

5. Pet Store/Local Shelter this is for animal lovers only something you two can enjoy and see what kind of animals you both like and enjoy.

6. Paint one another find a painting class and paint, sculpt, build, and do things creatively that will get both of you to be each others muses.

7. Karaoke or Record your own c.d. together no you may not be a Grammy winning singer but you get to record a duet and it will be yours to keep. Plus you get to rock out to all of your favorite songs with one another.

8. A hot air balloon ride something fun, adventurous, and with the two of you even more fun. You get to see the scenery of the location. You're high up in the air. Maybe a glass of champagne to calm each others nerves if you're afraid of heights and you're floating high up in the sky in you're own world with all the clouds above the both of you. I suggest sunset between 5-7p.m. during the summer. If it is the fall/winter try to go a little earlier.

9. Sports activities: football, basketball, archery, fishing, skiing, and hiking activities the two of you can enjoy and have a lot of fun getting to know one another. You once again get to see each other's competitive abilities and what kind of strength and character each of you have and can contribute in a relationship one day if you take it there. Perhaps climbing in the mountains or going high on top of a mountain (you can drive) and have dinner served for the two of you.

And last but not least Number 10: Roof Terrace dinner catered by him or her with people serving just the two of you, and full service for him or also a spa massage treatment, haircut/hairstyling, dancing, and your own private place for the two of you. i suggest a private location perhaps a hotel can provide some of the services unless you go to a local spa and include all activities into one romantic date. I HOPE THIS GIVES EVERYONE SOME BEAUTIFUL IDEAS AND USE YOUR CREATIVITY. YOU CAN BE FRUGAL/EXPENSIVE WITH YOUR GENEROSITY IT'S A MATTER OF COMPROMISING AND NEGOTIATING WHAT WORKS FOR YOUR BUDGET. BEST OF LUCK TO ALL THE DATERS OUT THERE. =)!!!! YOUR GIRL, HONEY BROWN SUGAR.
